  The attitude of some of the store staff is really bad. When I spoke to the store clerk, a woman in her 30s wearing glasses, who was stocking up on items, she responded angrily, "Yes, 💢." Even though I work in the customer service industry, I was very irritated by their attitude as if it was my fault. There were other store employees who couldn't see their surroundings...someone who was mysteriously replenishing shopping carts even though the cash register was crowded. There were several people who seemed unable to do their jobs, to the point where the customers were worried about what they should do now. Also, customers were so busy restocking products that they had to be careful while navigating through narrow aisles, and when I was pregnant and my belly was protruding, I was nervous as I walked through the store. Of course, there are also nice store staff who are attentive. Some people noticed that I was pregnant and helped me carry my heavy luggage, and kindly told me to take care of myself. I go there because I like the low prices, but some of the staff were really bad.

  Apparently it's open 24 hours. I think the recommended products are detergents and drinks at reasonable prices. Although it is not a new store, there are fans who say that the space is better than larger stores like the Koriyama store.

Since you are in the customer service industry, I would like you to be able to provide customer service while also flexibly arranging product displays. I don't want you to treat customers coldly by not showing them around because you're busy. I use the service often, but there are some staff members who serve customers that I sometimes don't pay attention to. I would like them to reconsider and make sure that the brand name is not tarnished. The selection is not good, but the prices are cheaper than Donki depending on the item. Superpay's functions are also minor when registering as a bank, so I wish they would add more types of banks. By adding a functional cash charging system like nanaco, I think it will be used by a wide range of people, young and old, and increase the retention rate.
