  About 20 years ago, my precious grandmother passed away here. The body was temporarily taken to the mortuary, but I was told in a loud voice, "Hurry! Hurry!" to get on the elevator quickly so other patients wouldn't see me. I felt that this hospital did not consider the grief of the bereaved family at all. I feel sorry for my grandmother who died in a hospital like this, and I will never forget her.

  I am grateful to the obstetrics and gynecology department for their great care, but the pediatric department's response is the worst. Even if you come to the hospital for vaccinations earlier than your scheduled appointment time, you will always have to wait. So, when I tried to add the mumps vaccination, I was told that my time was up for today. I went earlier than my appointment time and could have been vaccinated if it was within the appointment time, but I was forced to wait due to the hospital's circumstances and the time was up. I came back for the next reservation, but a few days after entering elementary school, I was told, ``The reservation was for a pre-school child, but since he has already enrolled, he is not eligible for subsidies from Toyota City, but if you are still happy, you can receive it.'' I came to the hospital, checked in, and was told that I was still waiting even after my appointment time. Isn't this response strange? Since it's about money, I want them to do it more properly. I like the doctor who takes care of me in the obstetrics department, so if I didn't have that, I wouldn't want to come here.

  This general hospital is located between Toyota Motor Corporation's headquarters and the Yahagi River. This time, I went to visit my mother who was suddenly hospitalized. It's been renovated, so it's a very nice environment, bright and clean, which is great.I think it's a good thing to be in a hospital in a dark environment, because I don't feel well. What I felt the most about this hospital stay was the dedicated support of the nurses. It's not something to take for granted, but when I see how they take care of me, I'm truly humbled. I'm grateful that he was able to notice things that I couldn't even feel in my own family, and that even though it was a job, he was full of hospitality. By the way, in order to visit someone, you must fill out a form at the reception desk and receive a QR code before the doors on each floor will open, so I thought it would be a good idea to be careful when visiting for the first time. There's also a Lawson on the 5th floor, so it's convenient for quick shopping♪

  Last spring, I was hospitalized for 5 nights and 6 days to have a tumor removed. The new building had just been completed, so the inside of the building was bright and clean, and the toilets and shower rooms were clean. It was also convenient to have a convenience store and cafe downstairs. I think the things I'm concerned about when living in a hospital are the facilities and the nurses, but both are so perfect that I have nothing to complain about. You can enter and exit with a tag containing an IC chip, so it's safe to prevent suspicious people from entering, and the bed has a recliner, which was really helpful for me to be able to sit up for a few days after surgery. All the nurses were as kind as angels. Even when I called the nurse in the middle of the night because I couldn't turn over or was in severe pain, she answered with a smile. I would like to choose this hospital the next time I am hospitalized. By the way, if I had to pick a bad point... There were several times when the people at the reception were given the wrong information, probably because it had not been long since the training. The food was heated, so there were a lot of seasonings for old people, so it wasn't very filling (although the soup stock was delicious).

  One of the worst hospitals, first of all if you have cold symptoms, you are not allowed to enter the hospital? So if you have normal cough, cold, fever you're not allowed to enter the hospital, and you should have your own car, and be treated in your car outside? Aichi ken, Toyota city is the worst place to live in Japan, no wonder people commit suicide pretty heavily in this prefecture, Human lives and health is way more important than the rules....but in Japan you won't find that.
