If it's just the reception, it's ⭐️1 or less. You should stop making jokes in front of customers, saying things like, ``Why don't you just add 'mase' when you talk?'' and I also want you to stop saying things like, ``Does anyone know what this medicine is?'' I think you should know about the medicines that are prescribed at the reception. Even when I asked a question, I was given a disgusted look and an arrogant answer that was irrelevant. I believe that receptionists are the face of the hospital, so they should be careful about controlling their emotions, facial expressions, and phrasing. The person next to me at the reception desk also got angry, so I think I probably didn't tell them the right thing. Because they speak from templates, I get the impression that they don't really understand their work. Even if the customer is angry, they only think that the problem is with the customer, so I think they keep repeating themselves. To be honest, I thought that if there were no problems with the doctors and nurses, there would be no irreparable mistakes, so I decided to come from a distance while keeping an eye on the situation, but...I'm disappointed.

He explained each step in detail and made me feel at ease as he was a really soft-spoken and kind teacher. It's easy to make reservations and you won't have to wait. Although it is not close to my home, I would like to continue going to this hospital.

::I've been to several different obstetrics and gynecology clinics, but this hospital was the best ☺︎ Above all, the doctor was very kind! He talks to me in a very soft tone, which makes me feel very relaxed. You can ask me anything you are worried about. I thought the receptionist and nurses were very nice and it was a nice hospital. ::I used to take care of you during your prenatal checkup. The doctor has a soft demeanor and is very thorough in his examination and explanations. The nurses are also kind. I ended up going into premature labor and was transferred to a larger hospital, but the nurses took care of me quickly and comforted me even though I was full of anxiety.
