::The obstetrics and gynecology department here is terrible. A member of my family was scheduled to undergo surgery, and I had heard in advance that the hospital would start at 10 a.m. and the surgery would begin at 10:30. I was taken to the inpatient room on time at 10 o'clock, and before I could even sit down on the bed, the nurse hurriedly told me to change into a surgical gown right away. Before I could even unpack, the blood tests and other tests began, and I was there without any mental preparation. Meanwhile, the family headed to the operating room. If you're going to be so busy, why couldn't you have made your plans with more time? When the surgery was over, the doctor was supposed to call my parents at home, and I was planning to show up in the hospital room once my parents informed me that the surgery was over. (Because I didn't originally plan to accompany her) I heard that the surgery would take an hour, and even though I waited outside the hospital for over an hour and a half, my parents did not contact me. When I called my parents to confirm, they said, ``I haven't heard from the doctor yet, so I'm worried that something happened during the surgery.'' Two hours later, I asked the nurse at the reception desk in the inpatient ward, ``Did anything happen during the surgery? Your parents haven't been notified of the surgery yet, right? Is it an emergency?'' "Eh? It's already over. The teacher has contacted me!" I said, "I haven't heard anything yet. My parents are also very worried." When I went to the hospital room where my family was, I was told that they had already been back there for over an hour. After that, a young doctor came to the hospital room and informed me, ``The surgery was completed successfully.'' I called my parents to tell them about the situation, and they said, ``I've been waiting for you for so long, why haven't you heard from me?'' That’s it!” he said angrily. I felt that this hospital didn't care about the patients undergoing surgery or their families. How was the surgery for your family? When I asked about it, I heard that the operating table or stretcher had recently been changed, and the nurses in the operating room were talking to each other about things like, ``How do we use this? Isn't it like this? That? Is it different?'' But I was nervous before the surgery. I don't want you to talk about that in front of patients, so why not at least check beforehand? I must have been scared to entrust my body to such a careless hospital. Afterwards, a nurse came into the room and said, ``I'm sorry it's too late, but I'd like to explain the surgery.'' She gave me an overview of the surgery and future plans. This should have been done before the surgery, and my family and I were angry that it was too late. On the day of the surgery, he was told not to eat, but suddenly he was allowed to eat, and no nurses came to his room at all, and his family members who were in the hospital said they were left alone and couldn't help but feel anxious. I was hospitalized for two nights, but I was asked the same questions over and over again by different nurses, and the nurses didn't get along with each other at all, and I said I didn't want to come to this hospital anymore. I have many other complaints, but everything seems to be done late and the teachers and nurses are sloppy. I had been hospitalized in another department, and the nurses there were very kind and trustworthy, so I was surprised at how big the difference was between me and the obstetrics and gynecology department. Anyway, the obstetrics and gynecology department was terrible.

::I went to the hospital and had a routine Pap test and mammogram. I noted this on the form for consultation. I waited since 9:30 and was seen at around 11:20, but the doctor told me that the test would be done on the second floor and not at that location. After waiting for 2 hours, I was told that it was a mistake by the receptionist. Furthermore, the doctor pointed out that I was overweight, and the interpreter called me ``obese.'' I felt that this was a disrespectful attitude on the part of the interpreter. Also, when I asked about bioidentical hormones, the interpreter replied, "I don't know what they are." I thought I would go to the hospital and get my health back, but instead I feel like my condition has worsened. This is what happened on June 10, 2024. It was very stressful and damaged the image of this hospital.

::A family member passed away with a torn Achilles tendon. At first, I was told that once the cast was removed, I would be able to go to a hospital near my home for rehabilitation, but once the cast was removed, I was told that I didn't need any rehabilitation, and that after practicing walking with the brace for a month, it was normal. I was told that I could live there. However, when the pain started, I went to another hospital and was told that my condition was bad and that I should have come earlier. I don't understand why they said he didn't need rehabilitation even though he was a late-stage elderly person, and the level of the doctor was low.

::Recently, my husband had a re-examination for his health checkup, so I used it and found no abnormalities. However...the patient complained of chest pain and decided to take the test on a different day. It was decided to take a CT scan while injecting a contrast agent, but apparently the needle was not handled properly after the needle was inserted, and the contrast agent leaked, so the examination was postponed. I was charged a test fee even though I hadn't taken the test, and my arm was sore and swollen. I thought it was strange that they were charging me, so I called and they told me they would refund me the next time... How about charging a fee even without testing? Moreover, I was asked to bring the towel that was wrapped in ice to cool my arm next time (lol). I also had an endoscopy done and the test results were...it must be my imagination! ! I won't go unless I feel sick. It seems that the CT scan with contrast agent will be performed again, but due to lack of free time, it will be done in May. Or rather, the contrast medium leaked due to that mistake, so shouldn't we adjust it accordingly? My husband seems to have been traumatized by the pain and swelling and can't trust me.

::This is the worst hospital in toyota especially for foreigners like me! I came here twice because of my son. Hospital staff were very accommodating but the doctors at the emergency I’d say they lack empathy and concern to their patients.I asked if they could check if my son was having an influenza because his fever was high it was 40 degrees complained of headache and muscles pain too.but the female doctor said there’s no need since my son looks fine. She didn’t even bother to check my son, she was too busy typing. Was she really a doctor or an encoder? I am sorry but it was just so frustrating. In my country doctors are doctors! It’s a shame for a huge hospital like this to create such impression. In the end we were just given a fever reducing medicine good for two days. Because I was so worried after leaving Kosei we went straight to Narita clinic and my son was tested for corona infection and influenza without hesitation and the result? My son was indeed positive with influenza!. See? So now I know that it’s better to just visit the clinics rather than big hospitals. Your facilities are useless because you often decline to patients requesting for blood lab, urine lab and etc. unless maybe if you see that the patient is almost dying. But anyways it seems that you don’t care about your reputation at all base on the reviews here mostly are negative comments. I felt sorry for those patients who’ve experienced the same. You should at least check your reviews so that you could at least improve your manners as professionals and upgrade your services as well. Doctors are supposed to save lives and make unwell people feel better. If you cannot live up to that expectation you shouldn’t be there wearing that white coat. am not happy to give you one star coz you don’t deserve it. Sorry.
