::We had our pocket wifi sent to this post office for pick up upon arrival. Although we requested a pick up time of 9am, it has not been delivered yet. The clerk was able to track the package and the package wasn't due to arrive until 1pm. We contemplating waiting at the airport till 1pm, so that we don't have to go back and forth. Being in a foreign country with not so reliable phone service and capabilities to navigate wasn't ideal. I went back in to confirm the schedule time with the clerk and the clerk went above and beyond to call into the transit center to make sure that my package was surely going to be delivered at the said time. I'm sure if they sensed our urgency. The package ended up being delivered an hour earlier than the original scheduled time. The 2 clerks were very professional and helpful. We greatly appreciated their help.

::The staff are inconsiderate and cannot think about their work. I told them the stamps were meant to be sent in an envelope, but they didn't even include a bag. When I try to send cash by registered mail, it would be faster to scan and print it, but instead I take the time to handwrite it on the registered mail paper that came with it. I am trying to pay for the return stamps and the stamps for shipping in two installments. If you bundle them all together, you only have to pay once, and you can earn more than 1 point for cashless payments. (If you divide it into two, the points will be rounded down.) They make the excuse that they're thinking about the customer, but if they really thought about it, shouldn't they ask, ``I think this is better, so how about this way?'' Don't have a bag? Isn't this faster? Do you go out of your way to add more time and effort? How many times is this pointed out to you? ? He is inconsiderate and doesn't think about his work.I want him to quit.

::The ATM has been removed. It's a shame because it's an airport and there must have been a lot of people using it, and it's very inconvenient! I sincerely request that you install it again.

::2024.01.26 Shockingly no ATM. Apparently it will be removed in 2023. I don't usually use cash either, but I often need it when I travel. Wouldn't it be better to have an ATM at the airport?

::Airport post office located in the first floor. If you happened to have urgent things for post related, it is recommended to go here because it opens in Saturday and Sunday. In my experience, they accept EMS document but we need to print the label first because they do not have printer. You can print it in the Lawson store nearby though.
