::The rooms are not very clean. Very noisy in the hotel until after 12:30 o’clock. Hotel lobby night stuff (front) where eating during the time they talked with me!!! Mogu mogu mogu. No clean mouth, no clean teeth , not very friendly. But the disaster is the breakfast. Almost all food was cold,: scrambled eggs, sausage, rice, fish, soup…. ! Not even warm! Tables where dirty from the visitors before. Disaster hotel.

::A business hotel on the east exit side of Nishitetsu Kurume Station Several motorcycles can be parked in the aisle of the multi-story parking lot for cars Since there is a roof, it is very helpful for motorcycles You can see the bike from the front, so it's safe for crime prevention.

::The usual excellent offerings of Toyoko Inn chain of business hotels. This time round, we opted for a Heartful Twin room. The room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Amenities like ironing board, hair dryer, water boiler and safe are very well organised in the room. There are two toilets, one with a Japanese washlet and the other with a bathtub. Nice! Throw in an excellent customer service both from the reception desk and the particularly sumptuous breakfast and we were left feeling pampered! PS: if you are driving, the stacked parking at ¥500 per night is convenient

::Convenient parking for 500yen. The double room was clean and spacious. I was disappointed by the bathroom, it had an unpleasant smell even though it seemed clean and it was a bit loud during the night, some water running through the pipes woke us up more than once... they should renovate. The complementary breakfast was very simple but fine. The staff serving breakfast and at the front desk were very kind and helpful.

::Location location location. This hotel is 1 block away from the train and bus terminal, which has a grocery store and mall for travelers convenience. There are also some small eateries on the second floor. The hotel was clean and our floor was non-smoking. The employees were nice and able to communicate with use in a limited fashion in English. They served a basic Japanese breakfast each morning which was good enough. The ice machine is in the lobby. Water pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water when needed. The room was the deluxe room, and yet still tiny. We did have a small table and chair, but the bed pretty much ate up the majority of the room. It is a nice, convenient hotel for travel and I would recommend it for a short stay. But anything more than a couple days may find it cramped. The surrounding area was clean and safe, as has been most areas of Japan I've been to. If you want a basic, comfortable, clean hotel, this is a great place to start at a reasonable price.
