::Stayed for 1-night while passing through Tokyo. Location can't be beat as there is a high concentration of restaurants nearby. The room was not good as there was no place to open my luggage and the layout of the room was odd. Breakfast area was so crowded in the morning that I simply left and bought breakfast elsewhere. Seems like this is one of the locations that is targeted by tour operators.

::1. I discovered excrement stuck to the bottom of the toilet after checking into the room, I had to bought a toilet brush to clean it myself. 2. The housekeeper failed to clean thoroughly. A dirty sink overflow hole 3. Front desk were not polite, I can't recall her name. She is an older woman in her forties and fifties. On 27 October 2023 around 16.30 pm. I went to the front to get my package. she said no more online shopping!! and gave me a paper of "luggage storage policy" that I was unaware of the policy. I didn't finish the sentence, so she took the paper back. She was impolite to me. They haven't informed me since I checked in. I'm not pleased with my stay at your hotel. You treated foreign customers differently than you did Japanese customers. In 2023, Japanese people will still be racist toward foreigners. What a shame!

::Rooms are very small but everything is well organized. Checkout at 10 AM is be a pain but luggage can be stored in the lobby. Location is very good for shopping and restaurants.

::Good location, not too far from the station, staff are always helpful to me. I have stayed in Toyoko inns the length and breadth of Japan. The rooms for the price although not big, are big enough. If you want a luxury stay then it's not for you but if you you want a safe, clean well located and reasonably priced place to sleep then it is hard to beat. Join the Toyoko inn club and get a discount plus a free night for every 10 you stay(conditions apply)
