I had a long (really long!!) interview over the phone in the morning, and at the scene, I didn't even have my temperature taken or check the actual insurance card I was told to bring, and just checked my name and was suddenly taken a sample. I'm sure your temperature has risen, right? This may be the first time I've been to a hospital that doesn't take my temperature before the test. Even though it was a prevalent infectious disease, there was no detailed explanation of the period for staying at home (I looked into it myself later), and when I told them my symptoms over the phone in advance, I was asked, "Do you need any medicine?" I couldn't get a prescription for medicine for my companion (who had a fever and went to the hospital with me), so I had no choice but to have it prescribed at another hospital the next day. What was the purpose of the long interview? Also, during the day on weekdays, fever outpatient clinic, first appointment in the afternoon, the parking lot was empty, and there wasn't even a single car parked in the parking lot designated for testing. I arrived early for the test, but even though I had an afternoon appointment, it took about 50 minutes to report the results, and another 30 minutes to receive the prescription. It's common in hospitals to have to wait even when the place is empty, but I feel like they're probably not making an effort to keep patients waiting. In the end, the insurance card was not checked until the end, so is it okay to not be able to do something as basic as this? P.S. Last time, my companion tested negative, but his fever didn't go down, so he went to another hospital for the same test.He had his temperature checked, and even though it was crowded, it took about 30 minutes, and he didn't even have to take medicine. He even brought it to my car! !

At first, at the reception desk, if it's your usual medicine, the internal medicine doctor will prescribe it for you, so you'll be asked to wait at the internal medicine clinic, so you'll have to wait a long time, and as soon as you enter the examination room, you won't be able to prescribe medicine! in an angry tone. If that's the case, I asked them to tell me at the reception desk from the beginning, but when I said that, they said it was neither ah nor ko, so they gave me some. The doctor was so unpleasant that I wanted to change hospitals.

I didn't know if the doctor's appointment was over, so I was waiting for instructions, but he rudely said, "You can go now," looking like it was a pain. There are no words for this either. Moreover, they won't say anything unless you ask a question. What kind of hospital is this? I went to see the doctor for the first time today and I will definitely not be going again. I felt sick. I understand why there are so many 1 ratings.
