It was a homely post office.

It was an older male station employee, and he had the worst customer service. When I asked them to pay by credit card, they didn't seem to know how to use it. I took every step of the way while listening to a female staff member nearby. Normally it would take about 20 seconds, but it took over 2 minutes. Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. Isn't the important thing to do when a problem occurs? This person did nothing! It was in a state of Normally, I think it would be appropriate to say something like, ``I'm sorry to have kept you waiting,'' or ``Please wait a moment.'' There was no such common sense response. In the end, even when it was finally over, they didn't even say the basic words of "thank you"! Who on earth is this person? By any chance, is this a managerial position that has nothing to do with customer service? Even so, I think I can just say "Welcome" and "Thank you"... Is he still feeling like a lord from his time as a boss? I think it would be better for other postal workers and the post office if such people did not submit their mail to the counter.

It's located in the middle of town, but since it's a small station, there's a parking lot for only 3 cars, and the roads are narrow, so there's a possibility of collisions, but there's a Daiso and a drug store next door, so if you can, it's safer to go shopping next door and stop by. . Update, I had a hard time stopping today, and when I finally stopped and waited, it seemed like I was shopping at Daiso, and I thought I would leave right away, but people started eating and drinking, using smartphones, and the parking lot was already small and there weren't many spaces. Well, that's probably not the case, that's a shame. I went to a convenience store to run some errands, and I stopped by, but it took about 30 minutes from the convenience store to the post office, and I had to use my smartphone to eat and drink until I left, which is just a shame.

We will be happy to assist you. Please note that the parking lot is narrow and difficult to park.
