  I went to take out my luggage. The lady wearing the purple polo shirt is really slow, doesn't act in a hurry, gets nervous quickly, and even though she has the name of the item written on the baggage, what is it after all? That's a bad way to say it, isn't it? I ended up forgetting to hand it over, and when I went to get it, I was flustered and didn't seem apologetic. No matter how many times I go, the service is terrible. I would like you to educate me. Considering the hassle of sending it here, it's definitely less stressful to send it to Lawson.
