  The response was poor. They sent it to me elsewhere, but not here. A meaningless response that keeps you waiting. I guess you're taking precautions because there aren't that many people coming? I don't listen to what you have to say at all, and I can't send it here. It seems like they didn't understand the shipping method as they had never dealt with it before. There is no new information in places where not many people come. After all, it's a bureaucratic place. The staff's response and way of speaking were completely ridiculous and made me feel really bad. I will never go there again because the staff are so inflexible.
