I make a lot of mistakes and it's tiring. Even though I'm not feeling well. Telephone support is also really cold.

When making a reservation for a medical checkup, I was told that the afternoon was between 13:00 and 15:30, so if it was the last minute, the procedure would take longer, so please come a little earlier. When I went there at 15:15, I was told that the doctor had left. . When I asked about the content of the call, I was told that there was no staff available to provide such information. Therefore, if you are having your health checkup in the afternoon, please arrive by 3:00pm.

I used it for a health check. During my medical checkup at Toyama Hospital, I did not have a very good impression of the reception staff. As others have said, the explanation of the location of the toilet for urine testing is too vague. The receptionist sounded angry and said, "It's over there," so I asked someone else. It is actually located in a place that cannot be seen from the reception desk for health checkups. I think there are many people who don't understand it at first glance. And I thought the voice calling my name was small. You should call in a way that even elderly people can hear. Even though I have good hearing, I thought it was small. However, this is an evaluation of the office staff. I would like to thank the nurses and technicians for their prompt and courteous care. Health checkups are at your own expense. I will not choose Toyama Hospital from now on as a place to pay a high price.

Thank you for your help with my health checkup. It was a designated hospital for my job, so even if I had the option not to choose this hospital, I didn't have many options. I will try to state only objective facts, regardless of past reviews, so I hope this will be of some help to future patients. It was my first time seeing a doctor. I didn't know that the hospital had an independent health checkup department, and I didn't look into it beforehand. At around 1:15 p.m., when I submitted a document showing that I had made a reservation to the reception desk at the entrance, I was told to submit it to the medical examination department. The medical examination department was on the right side, difficult to see from the front. The first was a urine test. When I asked where the restroom was, I was told, "It's in the back..." If I could ask for something that wasn't there, this was my first visit to the hospital, so I thought it would be nice if there was an explanation that would help me pinpoint the location a little more, such as saying ``to the left'' or saying the number displayed. The reason was that I couldn't immediately tell which direction it was actually in the back. Next, I wasn't told where to submit the urinalysis test (or maybe I missed it), so I went back to find out. Perhaps it was because I had reached my 60th birthday that the receptionist's explanation was so fast that I couldn't understand it. When I asked a different receptionist, I was told that I should submit my urine to the receptionist. There is a place to submit your request in the restroom, and if the staff is unable to assist you, there is a sign that you should submit your request to the reception desk. I saw that the staff member was sitting facing the back, so I asked if it would be better to let him out, and he said either way was fine. Thank you for your kind response, but in my personal opinion, when it comes to health checkups, it would be helpful if the instructions were clear. Probably, when you gave it to that person, he or she took it to the reception desk. As a man, I had no desire to give my sample to a woman younger than me. It was clear that the person was going to take it to the reception desk. The number display was certainly large and easy to see, but I wish it had been displayed a little higher up, if I had to ask for something that wasn't there. The reason is that if there is someone in front of you, you won't know where the number is. In fact, I couldn't find the number 5 and was confused. At that time, a kind female staff member approached me and I was able to find it. What I found out is that the numbers are written in the order of the health checkup, and the numbers are not in numerical order, perhaps due to the convenience of the room, so the person waiting for the health checkup who is sitting and waiting for the health checkup is written in front of the person who is sitting. This meant that I was running backwards and forwards from side to side. This is just my personal opinion (I'm sure each hospital has their own way of doing things, so I'm not going to comment on that). I did. The reason is that if there were more people taking the checkup at the same time than on the day I took the checkup (November 11th), the displayed number would be even harder to see (I'm 177cm tall, and the checkup would give me a headache. The reading was about 1cm lower, probably because I was being held down from above.I avoided complaining about the measurement to someone who was much younger than me and who I thought was not a medical professional. This is because the number of patients has increased, and at least I have been getting more confused. For the last 33 years, I have been undergoing medical examinations with almost the same items, and since four years ago, I have been receiving medical examinations with slightly fewer items at a private hospital. I'm here. I don't think people who have regular checkups every year will be confused by the checkup. Lastly, I would like to talk about the doctor's interview. It is difficult to remove subjectivity from this. I would like to leave the judgment to the readers. I try not to judge doctors based on their gender or age, that is, on the surface level. I apologize for the inconvenience, but even if I spoke at a normal volume, I was not asked back, and it seemed that there was no delay in my conversation with the doctor. On a side note, doctors, like legal professions, can't help but feel a sense of envy at the fact that there is no license renewal system that used to exist in certain professions, and they can remain active for the rest of their lives. Let me state this frankly. I hope that readers will read and judge my manuscript more objectively. First of all, regarding the fact that I was ignored even when I said hello, I apologize for the inconvenience, but if you can hear me at the volume of my voice, I have no choice but to conclude that a doctor and a person undergoing a medical checkup cannot be considered equal. . It is unfortunate that my teacher's greetings are ignored even though the same language is my native language, and I reflect on myself and wonder if I did something that made the teacher uncomfortable. Next, since I am a retired employee, I wrote in a ballpoint pen that some of the questions on the card containing my health checkup results did not apply to me because I was unemployed, in a way that I thought others could read. However, the teacher's first question was, ``What's your current job?'' I still don't understand why people go out of their way to ask out loud what is written on their health checkup cards. Still, I felt that I might be rude to the person who recommended me to undergo a medical checkup at this hospital, so I held back and said, ``I am unemployed. I wrote it there.'' I was careful not to say anything too forcefully so that my anger would not be revealed. The third teacher's question asked about my parents' and child's medical history in detail. I can only speculate, but I think it's because my blood pressure was high both above and below. It is often said that blood pressure readings tend to be high when measured with a blood pressure monitor, but when I saw that my blood pressure values were 40 points higher than when I retired, and also learned that I was not taking any medication, I was shocked as a doctor. I suspect that he felt that he needed to undergo treatment. (I was unemployed for 5 years after I retired, so my doctor doesn't know my blood pressure values from 5 years ago. It's not recorded.) For 2 years after I retired, I conducted health checkups for the general public. Of course, I underwent medical examinations, and in 2019 I also received health guidance from a certain union.Since 2020, due to the global pandemic of COVID-19, I have only undergone cancer screening, and this year in November. I was scheduled to have a complete medical checkup, but I suddenly decided to go back to work because I thought it would be a good idea to have a CT scan, which is said to be several times more exposed, several days after an X-ray even though there are no signs of illness at the moment. Since the data from personal medical examinations cannot be used for the medical examinations required for employment, the medical examination will be carried out in December when the subsidy ticket issued by the health promotion department of the local government office is valid. I stretched it out.) The only thing that bothered me was that most of my interview was about the medical history of my family of five (parent, mother, and three children). Even when I presumptuously mentioned that my late father had a disease for which iPS cells were expected to be more effective in treatment, I just kept saying it and didn't ask any further questions. This may be just a result, but if my blood pressure is high enough to require treatment because of my family's pre-existing conditions, if you think that future treatment is necessary, If there was a free text field in the field, I filled it out in advance. Considering the fact that you did not read what was written on the paper on which you filled out the results of the medical checkup, you placed more importance on the interview with the person actually undergoing the checkup than on what was written. That's what it seemed like. As for the overall evaluation, I am very sorry that you took the trouble to undergo a health checkup, but if you were to rate the minimum level for which you would like to undergo a health checkup again as 3, the answer would be 2 or below. Readers should make their own judgments, keeping in mind that numbers take on a life of their own, and that evaluation standards and standards vary from person to person, and that it is impossible to completely eliminate subjectivity. I would like to add this again to my evaluation. Thank you for reading my article to the end.
