  The clerk ignored me! My child came to me crying and said that he had read it over and over again.When I asked him to apologize, he just joked and said, ``Sorry, I don't want to go there again.''

  A few years ago, I bought a case of beverages, but when I checked the receipt, it was double charged. There was no apology from the staff and I was left with a feeling of discomfort.

  ``We're closed!'' even though it was 5 minutes before closing. They wouldn't let me go shopping. The clerk was very unfriendly.

  Unlike other stores, there is no phone number written on the receipt, so I feel a sense of distrust. Previously purchased items may have been double counted, or discounted items may not have been discounted.
