Around 3pm on October 25th, I, the head of the household, couldn't go to exchange my Citizen Support Ticket, so I asked my sister to act on my behalf, and the elderly female staff member at the counter asked, ``What documents do you have to prove yourself?'' Parking lot is inconvenient. The staff members are nice, but I find myself chatting with them.
