::I ordered one white and one black oyster. The white had a layer of eggs on the top and was very fluffy with a strong egg flavor. The black one was crunchy and compressed and had a unique texture. The flavor of the sauce comes out well and is good. If you like crispy pizza dough, you might like this one. All of them were very delicious and had many toppings such as shrimp and perilla leaves. I went there for the first time in about 15 years and it was still as delicious as ever. I would like to visit you again if I have a chance.

::Had the standard Fuchu okonomiyaki here. Pretty good but not the best I've ever had. They use ground meat so it doesn't taste very meaty. The service and atmosphere were both fine.

::I came here after hearing about it from a friend. It took a little while to get into the parking lot, but we got in safely❗️ I didn't understand the meaning of black and white, but I see. Let's try making this at home next time. It wasn't as burnt as reviews from other restaurants, but it was burnt enough to go well with beer. I was so happy to see the staff who were so kind to families with children. The BGM is a little loud and noisy. It's a little negative because the choice is good. I ate one, but I was full. Thank you for the meal.

::This time, I visited the Toshinoya main store to try Fuchuyaki. The atmosphere of the store is like that of a thriving store. It's time to enter the store. I ordered a salad and the Toshinoya Special Kuroyaki. Salads are usually delicious. The wait for Fuchuyaki is 10, 20, 30 minutes, and it's hard to come because there are a lot of take-outs. We will arrive in 40 minutes. It seems that black grilling takes at least 20 minutes, but Kansai people can't wait. The taste was oily and the aftertaste was not good. I didn't really taste the ingredients either. Maybe my expectations were too high. (Reflection) And there was no sauce or anything on the table, so I had to drink my own water. There is a wide selection of a la carte dishes, so it might be a good idea to take out. No return visits for me.
