::Unfortunately, I went during the Obon holiday, so the store was crowded, and the products were slow to arrive. I think some of the items were not made in time, but even though the items were on the counter, the staff on the floor were right in front of me, but for some reason they didn't take them, and the cold items were no longer cold. It also cools hot food. I had worked at a bar before, so I was nervous. So I made a reservation, and was told that the time limit was 2 hours, which was plenty of time, but I couldn't enjoy the food or drinks unless the food was served. I wonder if the staff training is not very thorough, or if Torikizoku is the kind of restaurant that is managed. Also, even though the store was getting crowded, was he wearing a flashy shirt and spreading out his PC on the counter to manage shifts? It's probably a store manager or an employee-level person, but it's basically something that shouldn't be done out of sight of customers and during business hours. I think it would be a good idea to share it on LINE or something. (I think there may be times when I don't get a reply right away...) This time, I was allowed to go at the request of my child. He was very happy and wants to come again! That being said, I would like to go again if I can find the timing.

::My food hasn't arrived. I went twice and canceled my order twice. I heard that people around me were not able to get edamame. If there is a condition such as "No single customer allowed", please write it down. It's unpleasant and I would like my time back.

::Tonight, I ate heart, gizzard, chicken wings, chicken fillet, stuffed green peppers, grilled yams, and bone-in V chicken. Both of us had diarrhea. disappointing I might not go again

::If you enter alone as a working adult, you will be put off later than the group of female college students who came in later. The speed menu I ordered here came later than the teppanyaki at the female college student's table. Even if I called the clerk first, if the female college student was called from the seat, that person would have priority. Since I and my group were the only ones there at that time, it felt like the staff had to choose who they wanted to go to, which was unpleasant. That wasn't the case at the store near Soka Station, but this one is so close to a university that I wondered if they only wanted to cater to university students. It's okay because I'm not going anymore

::At GO TO Eat, I received a 5-course meal per person (1490+ tax). We had 15 dishes for 3 parents and we didn't even order drinks, so we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was my first time to eat spice-grilled bone-in matsuba, but the flavor of the chicken didn't overwhelm the spices and it was delicious. There were other unusual dishes such as chikaragobu, grilled chicken fillet with wasabi, and stuffed peppers, which were delicious and very satisfying.
