::The women at the reception are very rude. She spoke indifferently, looking at the people's faces with no smiles or expressions, and one person spoke from above. There are always 4-5 people at the reception desk, and I always wonder if there are that many people in an ophthalmology clinic. The people who do the tests are kind, but I feel bad every time, so I'm seriously considering changing hospitals.
