  A child was admitted to the pediatric department. First of all, a female nurse in her 40s named Kaneko was the worst. Why did you become a nurse in the first place if you had such a disgusting attitude? Are the nurses at Tone Junior High really that great? Even though the baby was sleeping, the lights were off so he came to change the IV, turned on the lights in the hospital room, and didn't even close the door. Even in the early morning, from around 5am, it was so noisy that even the kids woke up. If a child accidentally drops a bowl of food, they will look disgusted and no one will help them clean up. I cleaned everything up by myself. OK? Nor. Even after 11pm, people were still talking and making a lot of noise. A large, elderly nurse would call out the child's name and hold it in limbo as she went to get it! So he was taken away. Basic terminology. Even though I was already worried about being hospitalized, I was stressed out by all the unnecessary things. All the doctors were good, but the nurses were terrible. There was one person who was very responsive to me, and thanks to that person I was able to persevere until I was discharged from the hospital.

  First of all, the receptionist's attitude and response were poor. And people with fever are looked at as if they were looking at a boil. I like this one and it's not like I have a fever. Outpatient nurses tend to respond rather sloppily, perhaps because they are busy. I thought the location of the hospital would change and the response to outpatients would be better, but the response in that area is still the same. For now, I've given it a 2 star rating.

  I came to the hospital for vaccination. The parking lot was spacious, and the building and hospital had a clean, white-based atmosphere. The staff members who helped us all gave polite and easy-to-understand explanations, and when they left, they asked, ``Are you feeling okay? Please take care when you leave!'' On the way home, I drank coffee at a cafe and bought some bread. The staff at that time also had good customer service 💯 At that time, I saw so many messages of support for the coronavirus response posted in the hallway, and it warmed my heart. I came home wondering, what is the cause of the poor response that so many people are complaining about? For better or worse, I believe that the actions of one person can affect the evaluation of the entire hospital, but I believe that there are many patients and related parties who are grateful and supportive, just like me. Tone Central Hospital is an indispensable general hospital in Tone Numata. I know this is a difficult time amidst the coronavirus pandemic, which is not going away no matter how hard you try, but I hope that you will continue to work hard for the sake of your patients, one day at a time.

  I didn’t know that rating hospitals was a thing, but was shocked to see that this hospital had such low ratings. My wife and I have been hospitalized here on multiple occasions over the last three years, and we feel extremely lucky to have this type of facility in our area. The building is modern and clean, and the staff are incredibly capable and friendly, both to patients and to each other. I hope that no one reading this is in ill health, but if you or someone you know is, this place will take good care of you!!
