::My kneecap moved and I was rushed to this hospital. Personally, I don't have too harsh a review, and the doctors, nurses, and rehabilitation therapist who hurriedly gave me instructions on how to use crutches (I wonder if that's okay?) were all very kind people, which made me feel at ease. Even when it comes to X-rays, when I take my child with me, I feel at ease knowing that someone else will look at them for a while even though they are busy. I'm glad I was taken to this hospital. I would like to have my child's orthopedic surgery done here as well.

::What's with the bossy attitude of the receptionist? He can't even use honorific language properly, and he responds sluggishly and is slow in his actions. If you only have girls like this at the reception, it would be much better to hire a high school student.

::I came at 2:50pm, took an X-ray, and waited for 2 hours without seeing a doctor. The waiting area is empty, but only 5 people have been called in an hour? I'm calling a few people and examining them as needed, but it's rough. The receptionist's bad attitude hasn't changed since a long time ago. What kind of hospital is this?

::I would not be able to live a normal life without surgery, so I was referred to this hospital. I had a good impression of the doctor at my first appointment, so I was admitted and scheduled for surgery on the same day. The explanations from the nurse in charge and the operating room staff were easy to understand and I was able to undergo the surgery with peace of mind. The person in charge of post-surgery rehabilitation was also kind and I'm really glad I had the surgery. On the day I was discharged from the hospital, as I passed through the nurse's station, I thanked her and said, ``Thank you for taking care of me,'' but in response, the nurse glanced at me, then quickly turned away, and the male nurse too. Same reaction. Still, the nurses (2.3 nurses) who took care of me for a while told me to take good care of myself, which made me feel relieved, but I left the hospital with a very sad feeling. I don't really understand the world, but when I get out of the hospital, I feel like I need to be considerate of the nurses who are busy working, and tell them how things are going. For several months after I got out of the hospital, I thought, ``Thank you.'' I thought about it. When I hear “Kusano-san from Sanjo” I still remember the cold attitude of the head nurse when I left the hospital. I gave 2 stars because the teachers, rehabilitation staff, and nurses were all good.

::Plastic surgery due to child's protrusion Thank you for your help. The female doctor was kind to both my children and me, and made me feel at ease. Thanks to her, my baby's birth has been cured and I am here now. The female doctor, nurses, and receptionist were all very helpful, so I was a little surprised by the low reviews. This was about 3 years ago, so I don't know about other departments, but the female doctor was good.
