    Staff can speak english, but if you want to get your parcel it can be confusing to get to the parcel office. You can get your parcel at the B2 floor. That floor is accessible with the escalators, or much easier from the conbini on the ground floor. There is an elevator in the conbini, that goes right to the parcel office.
