Are municipal hospitals a dumping ground for medical workers who cannot work in private hospitals? I think it would be better for people who have been going to this hospital for a long time to transfer.

::I was diagnosed with a work-related accident. I was visiting the hospital from outside the prefecture, so it took quite a while to get there and back, but when I went to the hospital with work-related accident compensation documents, I was given the wrong understanding and was turned away at the door. (The elderly person in charge of accounting) I went to the Labor Standards Bureau to confirm, but as expected, Tokushima Municipal Hospital's understanding was incorrect, which caused an extra round trip, and to be honest, I wish they would have properly apologized. He said that there was no worker's compensation representative on that day. If you don't know, please don't say anything. Other than that, I felt it was unreasonable because accounting and orthopedic surgery had different opinions. It's a shame because the quality of the doctors is so good at this hospital.

::My doctor's team worked perfectly and explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner, and above all, they were kind and reassuring! Mr. Sato, the nurse, spoke to me to ease my anxiety and gave me a warm welcome, which really relieved me of my pain. I am grateful that I found a really good hospital and was able to take a positive approach to treatment. This is a recommended hospital! Postscript: Surgery performed on June 5, 2024.
