I don't know when I'll be able to go home after my doctor's appointment. Everything is slow. This is my first time at a hospital like this. I will not come unless I have a referral letter from another hospital.

It's the worst. The shuttle buses were waiting at a traffic light without keeping their distance. And even the horn was honked It is also recorded on the drive recorder. I came so close that I couldn't see the number plate. If you are transporting patients (is it okay for someone whose life is in their hands to drive so dangerously?), please drive safely.

When I went to see the doctor before, he told me that he couldn't tell for sure unless he looked at it with a camera, but he said it would be fine. I declined the endoscopy because the doctor told me it would be okay, and because my work schedule and the hospital's free time for endoscopy didn't match up. However, an elderly female nurse insists on having him undergo an endoscopy, and when the schedule doesn't match, he is furious, saying, "What should I do then?" She then continued the conversation, saying, ``I'll contact the doctor in charge and listen to what she has to say (I've decided to undergo an endoscopy)'' even though she refused. I then went back to the doctor in charge of the endoscopy and told him that I had declined due to inconvenience and that I had no intention of undergoing the test, and finally decided not to undergo the test. I was surprised and confused because I thought that the endoscopy doctor contacted me only because he had decided to take the test. The nurse who tried to force me to take the test despite my clear refusal was truly the worst. I had also received a medical checkup at work here, but I decided that no matter what happened, I would not use this hospital.

I once fell into a gutter and had my head split open, so I had to get emergency stitches. I was able to perform the satisfactory treatment at the time when a specialist doctor happened to be there. Basically, the impression from the surrounding residents is not good. Actually, there is a bus for elderly people, and I feel like they have it for the elderly business.

Eight years ago (years before the coronavirus pandemic), I visited several times to visit a loved one who was hospitalized in the palliative care ward here. First of all, I thought it was a nice hospital room with a beautiful view of Mt. Iwaki. It is far away from the general wards and outpatient buildings, so you won't hear the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area, and there is a dedicated entrance and exit for the palliative care ward facing the parking lot, so both the patient and their family can spend their last moments in peace and quiet. I honestly thought it was a good hospital where I could spend time. I felt that the slightly dimmed lighting in the ward corridors was a kind consideration for the families and visitors. I'm sorry to tell you this story happened more than 20 years ago, but back then, when my parents were admitted to large hospitals one after another and died of cancer, this kind of approach to end-of-life care existed, and I decided to go to a palliative care specialist. I still wish there was a hospital ward.
