It would be better if they all faced the TV instead of having to watch other customers. Chairs facing the counter should be turned around. There are counter staff who give the impression of being cold. Also, when a relative of mine opened an account, he said he felt uncomfortable the first time. There are times when the store is parked even when the store is not in use, so there may actually be customers on the second floor, but is it really true? Sometimes the parking lot is full and you can't park when you want to use the first floor.
