  The parking lot is full... There are about 2 customers inside the store and at the ATM... Is this parking a nuisance? How about some enforcement? The counter response is too slow.

  You can apply at any store. I was told this, but in the end it took a long time and I should have gone to a contracted store. However, the store that handled the procedure was quick and courteous.

  There are always cars parked in the parking lot. It stops even if there is no one inside the bank or at the ATM. Is it parking without permission? The parking lot is very narrow so it's even more dangerous.
