::Haven't been in a while but the customer service is top notch. Great selection at the snack bar as well. You can also buy moviegoers merchandise on the side. Very impressive set up.

::This theater is really expensive and the seats are very hard and uncomfortable. The only thing it has going for it is that it is not kept as icy cold as American theaters and that the audience is always quiet and respectful so there is never any distractions from the overpriced film.

::Pretty english friendly, you get your tickets at a kiosk and by the movie title it will tell you if the movie is in Japanese or English with subtitles. The concessions counter has many options for popcorn but no candy selection.
