  I went to change my name while pregnant. I had to wait for an hour and a half. It's just a name change. When I told her that I was in the latter stages of my pregnancy and not feeling well and would like to take a rest in the car, she instructed me to wait inside the store. Is it normal to have to wait an hour and a half just for a name change? I will never go here again.

  The bank employees at the reception desk were kind and efficient, but I personally felt that the response from the plain-clothed woman at the counter was a bit sluggish. As others have written, I feel like the response is a little meh... Is it unavoidable due to location and scale? It was traumatizing that when an error occurred at an ATM, a bank employee came flying out from inside the counter with a huge sword attack.

  NISA's solicitation is incredible. I'm too scared to go and make a fixed deposit. I would be troubled if someone recommended something like that that doesn't guarantee the principal. I'm sure the employees have strict quotas...

  This is a valuable store that operates at the counter even on Saturdays and Sundays. The parking lot is large, so I think it's very easy to use.

  Although there are restrictions on the items that can be traded, I would appreciate a store that is open on Saturdays and Sundays.
