::This is a restaurant with two choices: Tokushima ramen or Awajishima ramen. This time I was looking for Tokushima ramen, so that's what I went for. The pork bone soup and medium-thick straight noodles are delicious. It's good to have a mild flavor with raw eggs. It was a delicious cup. Thank you for the meal.

::Automated ordering. No option to choose language. Options limited to types of broth (Awaji lighter, Tokushima stronger and with bowl of rice). Choose standard bowl for ¥790 or additional meat, flavored egg or both. On the second page you can order sides such as gyozas. Fresh eggs are free and you can pick it up from the counter next to ice water dispenser. We cracked the eggs into our bowls of noodles. Its recommended!

::Ramen place in Awaji island. I really liked it.

::Very good. I am not a big ramen fan but I really like their food.

::They basically sell two types of ramen, Awaji and Tokushima. The Tokushima is a thick, pork broth and the Awaji soup is slightly thinner with a hint of soy sauce. The Tokushima ramen is some of the best ramen I've had in Japan and their gyoza have a really great meaty, homemade taste. You can get other side dishes such as chashudon and there are free eggs to add to your soup or make sukiyaki with. Awesome place. Would highly recommend.
