  We booked a 5 days trip to several Northeastern onsen towns without knowing some of the road condition has been covered with snow. We didn’t rent the car with snow tire option and the snow tire cars onsite were all reserved by others. The counter guy of Times Ikebukuro station was very kind and helpful. He helped search each prefecture road condition and weather right away. And tried very hard to get us a car equipped with snow tires so we were be able to arrive onsen ryokan on time. Without their effort, our trip would be ruined. Thank you all.

  要注意。 レンタル開始時の現状確認フローにおけるスタッフ教育がなされていないにも関わらず、管理職は誠意無し。 事実確認不徹底の挙句に車体の傷を客のせいにする始末。

  Times is the biggest rental car in Japan, but that doesn't mean the best; service is poor compared to their online website. I went to try and get a rental car, but they said they ran out, and they didn't even bother to look at if another one of their own stores had any other cars in stock. If you want to rent a car in Tokyo, I recommend Toyota Rent a car; better service, more locations to pickup, and it's about 20% cheaper.
