::Neapolitan, curry, BLT, and pancakes were all delicious. The price is high, so the cost performance is bad. Also, since it is a hotel, I expected customer service, but I think it was terrible. There were two instances in one meal where I couldn't eat the food because there was no fork for the pancakes and no spoon for the curry rice.This doesn't happen even at ordinary restaurants, so the hotel's customer service is poor. It seems better not to expect much from the service.

The table arrangement uses such a wonderful view as a screen. The thickness of the meat is amazing and it feels like it's booming. Non-alcoholic champagne Duc de Montagne Rosé sparkling with a toasting drink. It’s pink and cute 🩷 Tea time with 3 types of cake, macarons, and sorbet to cleanse your palate. It was a night where I couldn't stop talking with my daughter.

::I made a reservation for lunch, entered the restaurant, and was given a seat by the window with a nice view. The champagne for toasting was easy to drink, and although the salad bar had fewer items than I expected, the presentation was beautiful and the flavors varied, so I never got tired of it. The main dish is like a bonus at the hotel price, so I guess it's something like this. I had the impression that most of the sweets I was looking forward to were thawed, but the shortcake, which was similar to the one made at SATSUKI, was delicious. At SATSUKI, one cut usually costs about 4,000 yen, and the coffee and service charge exceeds the price of this buffet, so I think it's very cheap. I don't think you can complain about this taste and price. Considering it's New Otani, it's a bit unsatisfactory, but a buffet of the same level would cost 2.5 times more, so I thought it would be worth it. To begin with, it is Otani's second brand hotel. This is my subjective opinion, but everyone has different values. The staff's response was also very good, and I would like to use this amount occasionally.
