  A few years ago, it was merged with the Aoyamacho branch, and now only an ATM is installed. I often use this service because I can do most things such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

  Even though there were normally a lot of customers in the waiting room, there was a man sitting at a desk in the middle of the staff area with his legs crossed, talking in private and laughing while looking up at a fan. Perhaps he is in a higher position, but I can't help but think that he lacks common sense in doing such a thing during work hours when there are customers. Although the staff member who was dealing with the customers was perfectly normal, I had an unpleasant wait time because of him. I was often amazed that I could show my face at work without feeling embarrassed. I think the person at the top who gave the appointment is also responsible.
