When I was leaving, I was told things like, ``It's closing time, so customers will come in if the shutters are open,'' without apologizing. On my way home, I saw a bank employee from the Hokkaido Bank across the street who had gone out of his way to open the front entrance and bow deeply to customers.

  This is a branch of Iwate Bank located in the Hizume shopping district. There are 4 counters and 3 ATMs. The two-car parking lot next to the entrance will give priority to people with limited mobility. You have to enter through a narrow road, but there is a parking lot at the back, so use that. Accessibility is fine. The store also has a writing table that can be used by people in wheelchairs. There is a free Wi-Fi spot. However, as was the case with other stores, I could not connect to the Internet even though I could connect. (2018/01/04) The bank employee said that it would connect, so the cause is unknown, but I hope it will be improved.
