::I used it to celebrate my friend's 60th birthday. Although it is not shown in the photo, the dessert was made into a celebratory plate and a letter was written on it. It's not often that you get a plate and red chanchanko to celebrate your 60th birthday, but here we enjoyed both. I took many photos and it became a fun memory with my friends. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to fulfill all of my selfish requests. I don't know if it's always possible, but I had the dessert plate with red flowers, which was perfect for celebrating my 60th birthday. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed conversation, and the food was a modern use of Nagasaki's Hasami ware, with an unusual design. The food was delicious and they used a lot of local ingredients. On a hot summer day, the waterfall flowing outside felt cool.

From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and the atmosphere of the restaurant, along with the friendly service from the staff, made for an exceptional experience. We would love to come back when we visit Nagasaki again! I went there for lunch with my partner on our anniversary and it was amazing. The food, from appetizers to desserts, is all wonderful and satisfying, with a gentle and delicious taste that will leave a lasting impression on you. We had a great time with the open atmosphere of the restaurant, Chef Suzuki's delicious food, and the kind customer service with a friendly smile.

Even if you don't like ingredients or have food allergies, you can rest assured that we will accommodate you. I am very grateful for your warm and attentive customer service. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a relaxing meal near Nagasaki Station. I will use it again when I come to Nagasaki.

::We had Christmas dinner. It's definitely delicious. We had a happy time. I was greeted by the new bartender and kitchen staff, and had a wonderful and comfortable time. The wine they served was also delicious.

::I have used the Japanese restaurant at Hotel New Nagasaki before, but this is my first time using a French restaurant. When you step inside, it feels more open than you expected, and the outside light comes in, creating a bright atmosphere. Since the food was served in summer, I could feel the ingenuity of the menu, which included cool dishes such as cold soups. I was very satisfied not only with the taste, but also with the gorgeous appearance of the French dishes. The response from the staff was also good, especially the man who seemed to be in charge. I would like to use it again.
