It's been a while since I've been here, but the taste and customer service were different from before. The ingredients in the tempura bowl were very filling.

::I visited Katsura, a famous tempura restaurant in Takizawa City that is well known to those in the know. I ordered the ``Tendon with miso soup'' (1,100 yen including tax). I visited on a weekday night, and the rice bowl arrived in about 15 minutes. Two pieces of shrimp tempura, kisu, green pepper, eggplant, etc. all come in a bowl. The rich sauce and freshly fried tempura go together perfectly and are extremely delicious. During busy times such as weekends, it may take some time to serve freshly fried tempura, but I think it's still worth the wait. It's also delicious if you sprinkle some Japanese pepper on top if you like. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is Japanese-style and calm, so you can enjoy your meal slowly. I'm sure everyone has their own preferences, but I think this is the "No. 1 tempura bowl in the prefecture."

::A few years ago, the store was full of guest rooms and I remember waiting for an hour to order, so I always passed by. Even though it was past 12 o'clock today, there were about 5 cars, so I made a U-turn and entered. There were about 5 customers in the store. I was able to order the tempura bowl right away, but I still had to wait for 30 minutes, so I think it's tough if you only have an hour lunch break. The tempura batter is thick and chewy rather than crispy. The size of the material is quite large. The sauce is sweet and rich, and it's not a tsuyu type but a sauce type. However, the rice at the bottom was soaked well. The taste is not bad, and the tempura sticks out a lot, but as everyone has said, you should give yourself plenty of time. Also, the ventilation is not good, so be prepared for the smell of oil to stain your clothes and hair. It's reasonably priced, the portions are large, and the taste isn't too bad, so if you're satisfied with the tempura batter, sauce, and waiting time, this is the place to go.

::Cheap and delicious. The drawback is that delivery takes time. It can't be helped since it's served freshly fried. Recommended for people who have plenty of time. Hunger is the biggest seasoning. The time you wait increases the flavor.
