  There were only a few exhibits here, and I couldn't find the items I wanted. Even online shopping on the official website is almost sold out and hasn't been updated for a long time, which was a shame since I love Yu Tobo's products and came all the way from outside of the prefecture. Where should I buy the products? Is wholesale the main source? A lot of them were sold at the twice-yearly pottery fair, so it would be a good idea to take advantage of those opportunities.

  A pottery owner with a workshop in Iwataniguchi, Tobe-cho, Iyo-gun, Ehime Prefecture. It looks like the vessels are made by the couple and their staff. It is made using the traditional Tobe ware method of dyeing gosu (indigo) on white porcelain, and the patterns that are repeatedly drawn by hand on each piece include plants, polka dots, lines, and more! ! Although it is simple, it has a retro feel and a bit of a Scandinavian atmosphere. As the name of the pottery suggests, there are many pieces that are playful even within tradition, and the pottery seems to be actively pursuing new techniques and designs every day. (Amazing!!) There are a lot of dishes that can decorate your casual dining table! I'm worried😁 However, I feel that just one bowl can enhance the flavor of the food and make it even more delicious.

  It was a good cycling experience to here from matsuyama station. Mostly flat and along the farm land. The potteries are of my liking and lunch is amazingly nice in this remote area. Lastly, it is a lovely decorated place.

  The cafe is on the second floor, where you can relax and enjoy the sunlight. The colors of Tobe ware were also new and wonderful. If you're passing by nearby, please stop by.
