  My younger sister and I, along with my daughter and her seven-year-old son, spent two incredibly peaceful days at this serene onsen inn. The 5,000-square-meter garden is breathtaking, and the spacious Japanese-style rooms are both clean and comfortable. The seafood and seasonal Japanese cuisine are incredibly fresh and delicious, prepared with a touch of local flavor. The staff are friendly and courteous, making us feel as if we were at home, warmly welcomed and hosted by the innkeepers. If you have the chance to visit Unazuki in Hokuriku, this is a place you must not miss. The inn is easily accessible: after taking the Hokuriku Shinkansen, a short taxi ride will bring you there, or you can take advantage of the inn's excellent shuttle service.

  I visited him two years ago. My husband, who was my boyfriend at the time, apparently decided to come here after hearing about a recommended inn from an acquaintance. As it is a long-established inn, the building is showing its age, but the customer service was courteous and the building was spacious. I had dinner in a private room. All the sashimi was fresh and I was happy that the firefly squid came out✨ There was a lot of rice, and there was a variety of Japanese sake, so the two of us were able to enjoy our meal♪ There was a bath in the room, but it was too stylish☺️ I also loved the view from inside the building! I had a proposal in the guest room here, so I have fond memories of it. Now that I'm married to someone from Kyushu, I can't go there easily, but I'd like to visit again someday♪♪

  Good. Overall a pleasant experience. Helpful staff. Opt for the upgraded room. Maybe next time will opt for the upgraded meal. Definitely for seasoned onsen ryokan seekers. It is not noboribetsu. It is off the beaten track. Quiet and secluded.
