After that, I visited an obstetrics and gynecology department, and I think the nurses and doctors were thorough and thorough. I was a bit hesitant to go for the second time as I am a timid person, but other than the person who ignored me the first time, everything was smooth and the female obstetrics and gynecology doctor spoke in an easy-to-understand manner, so I still go here. Although there are multiple departments, the inside of the hospital is clearly posted and there is a guide line, so if you go first thing in the morning, you won't have to worry about the waiting time that much.

I feel sorry for the citizens of Kyotanabe because they only have a large hospital here. You should go to a decent hospital even if it's far away.

My father was taken by ambulance, and after arriving at the hospital, he was taken for a test, and even though my mother was accompanying him, he was left alone without any explanation, and I was left waiting... Even though I was waiting alone in the ward, there was no nurse to talk to me, and the nurses were making a lot of noise and taking pictures... I was discharged from the hospital with a broken bone, but at the doctor's appointment before being discharged, they didn't even ask me if I needed painkillers. To make matters worse, a few weeks later, he had not even been booked for a follow-up visit. If there is no need for follow-up due to a fracture and there will be no further medical examination, shouldn't this be properly explained when the patient is discharged from the hospital? What kind of hospital is it that brings out so many unpleasant feelings in a short period of time that I can't even write about here? Even just hearing the stories from my parents, I felt that this was a very unfriendly hospital. When I was taken by ambulance to Kyoto Daiichi Red Cross, the nurse explained everything in detail, and I never felt so uncomfortable. I believe that they provide guidance that properly alleviates the patient's concerns. Shouldn't the head of the hospital be more interested in reviews and improve the areas that need improvement? I think we should take seriously the fact that there are only 1 star reviews. I think that by ignoring valuable opinions, we are increasing the number of patients who feel uncomfortable without getting any improvement. I hope that the hospital will return to being a good hospital that is close to its patients, like Tanabe Central Hospital was in the good old days.
