I ate it after returning to the hotel. It still feels a little warm. If you eat it when it's hotter I'm sure it was twice as delicious. It's revenge. Takoyaki skin It was chewy and satisfying to eat.   Since I ate it at the main store in Abeno a long time ago, it was a taste I've never forgotten, so out of the many takoyaki shops in the Takoyaki Museum in Universal City, I didn't hesitate to go to Yamachan. Best eaten without any addition, it's crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside, so people who try it for the first time may be surprised that it's undercooked. It's extremely hot so be careful. This salt is so delicious that it makes you think it's magic powder or something, and it goes well with alcohol. A mega-sized chuhai disappears in seconds. I ate it at the restaurant and it was delicious, so I took it home to eat at the hotel and bought it again the next day. If you go after Uni, you will have to wait in long lines.

  The classic sauce and mayonnaise takoyaki are really the best. Other novelty flavors are worth a try but are not on the same level. Interestingly, the cheese takoyaki had orange powder on them that tasted just like Kraft Dinner 🤔.
