  When they first opened, they were polite and responsive. I think it's because they've gotten busy, but even when I call them with a toothache, they just tell me to make an appointment a month in advance. I started treatment and my next appointment was scheduled for a month later, so I'm sorry for the slow progress. I think this is the limit of what a doctor can do alone. Even during treatment, I am concerned about the sounds of my children running around on the second floor.
