  I used it the other day. This post office does not have an ATM and only has a counter. I visited around noon to make a transfer. There was only one employee at the time, and even though he was at work, he was making a personal phone call. Furthermore, I was uncomfortable with the fact that I was busy receiving payment slips and working while on the phone.
