::I felt uncomfortable watching him respond to a foreigner who could barely speak Japanese with a loud voice, slow and strong tone, as if he was dealing with an old man who has poor hearing and is starting to lose his hearing. (This doesn't mean it's good for old people though) If you can't communicate with customers in English, you should think about how you would like to be treated when you go to a foreign country.
