There are two griddles, and the griddle that the old lady grills on uses firewood. If you eat directly at the counter, you'll be eating on a wood-fired griddle, but my seat was on another griddle. However, the okonomiyaki is grilled by an old lady on a wood-fired griddle, so it is definitely okonomiyaki that uses wood as its fuel source. The fluffy texture was unusual, perhaps because the amount of eggs was large compared to the amount of flour. I had a similar impression when I ate Akashiyaki in Akashi City, so perhaps Hyogo Prefecture has a characteristic of having a batter with a lot of eggs. ▪️Service/Atmosphere Operated by two women. With a wood-fired griddle counter and a large gas griddle table, the restaurant quickly fills up. The sight of an old lady frantically baking while looking hot is impressive. It was a restaurant where you could eat with peace of mind and have friendly customer service. It happened to be the day of a soccer match, so it seems to be a favorite spot for Vissel supporters.

    I've been interested in it for a while but never had the chance to go, but it's been a long-awaited visit. This is my first time at a wood-fired okonomiyaki restaurant. I received Suji Modern. Conclusion. So delicious! ! Although the beef tendon has a firm texture, it is still tender! The cabbage also has a great texture, probably because it's cut the right way.     I went there after hearing about the reputation of grilling okonomiyaki over wood. The wood-fired counter itself only has 4 seats, so it's a bit cramped, but there's about 7 seats in a separate house, so it's spacious. However, those seats are equipped with gas burners. However, since the food is grilled over wood, there is a mysterious aroma that permeates the inside of the store, making you feel like you are in a sauna. I ordered pork yaki (700 yen) and tako soba yaki (900 yen). Takosoba-yaki came first, so I got it from there. The octopus was large and had a good texture, and the tendon was lean and had a strong flavor. The noodles are thick, but the quantity is not large, and the seasoning makes it easy to eat. Next, pork yaki arrived. It was characterized by being sprinkled with green onions, had a high content of yam, and was fluffy. Sweet sauce (Oliver standard okonomiyaki sauce), mud sauce, green seaweed, shavings, and gang are placed at each table, but both sauces have different tastes than the original sauce, and the original sweet sauce Personally, I recommend eating it as is, as the flavor will be ruined. Many people have ordered the modern version in other comments, so I'm interested to see how the modern version made from fluffy fabric will turn out. It has the atmosphere of a long-established store, and you can even feel the atmosphere with the radio playing. The off-season seems to be from January to March, so it might be a good idea to go during the soccer off-season.

I heard from my father that it was a very delicious restaurant that was used by the mother of one of my father's classmates, so I visited there. I had the pork tamagoyaki and my son had the omelette soba to share. The okonomiyaki was very fluffy and delicious, and the omelet soba was also hearty and delicious with lots of green onions. I want to go again.

There are many ingredients included, making this okonomiyaki very satisfying! There are only a few people and there are only a few seats, so if you move around lunch time, you can get a seat. Since Noevir Stadium is nearby, we recommend going there before the game! !
