::I was very happy that the doctors and nurses treated me very kindly. The receptionist was cold and had a condescending attitude that made me feel uncomfortable!

::Most of the nurses were surprised at how much they looked at the patients. I have never seen a hospital like this before.

::The doctors and nurses are calm, but I think this is a kind clinic in general.

::I experienced another strange incident at Takano Surgical Gastrointestinal Clinic (Takano Surgical Gastrointestinal Clinic), a famous gastrointestinal clinic in Shizuoka City. The clinic is led by Director Satoshi Takano. Satoshi Takano underwent an endoscopy seven years ago and was diagnosed with chronic gastritis. I have since moved to another location and am getting a prescription for Takecab from another clinic, but so far I have had no problems as I only go there to pick up my medication refills. So, during my visit to Takano Surgical and Gastroenterology Clinic today, I was trying to explain my worsening symptoms and mentioned that he diagnosed me with chronic gastritis 7 years ago. He looked at old pictures of my endoscopy and said in an irritated tone that I didn't have chronic gastritis. Then I presented him with a photo from the endoscopy in which he wrote that I have gastritis on the back side. He then sighed, checked the photos again, and then said that I had chronic gastritis and hadn't checked all the images closely enough. He didn't even apologize! He still had the nerve to act like I was a pain. He kept trying to rush me and wouldn't let me explain my current symptoms. He seemed impatient with me and kept asking if I needed an endoscopy or what. This was before I explained my symptoms and got feedback. I was busy at the clinic today, but I have experienced how the doctors and staff rushed me even on days when the clinic was not busy at all. It's as if their mission is to get foreigners out of clinics and hospitals as quickly as possible without actually addressing their health issues seriously. So today I basically paid 1200 yen to argue with an unprofessional xenophobic doctor.

::The teacher will explain it in an easy-to-understand manner. The staff are busy with many patients and it's a bit cold.
