  At night, my mother developed severe hives all over her body, so I called her in a panic. Even though it was outside of clinic hours, the doctor looked after me very kindly, and my symptoms subsided immediately. That was a really big help. I am sincerely grateful. The guards and nurses were very considerate and kind, which was very reassuring. I'm really thankful to you!
