::I had it filled and it has lasted a very long time. I've heard that some people have difficulty hearing explanations, but I can hear them normally. They explain things well, and I feel like they're more accommodating than before. In the past, I used to be a regular dentist who would say things like, ``This time I'll just do an upper cleaning, next time I'll do a lower cleaning, and then I'll treat you!'', but these days, they're not so pushy. In fact, I feel like their stance is that it's okay even if they don't come often. I used to go to another dentist because of the recent treatment, but now I'm going to this one.

::As other posters have written, the attitude of the receptionist is very bad. I am giving it 1 star because of this young woman with long hair at the reception desk. Bad attitude in general. At the counter, I replied, “…Yes,” looking like it was a hassle. Each word is harsh. Same treatment for other patients. I wonder if I can't get rid of my student mood. When I become an assistant, it hurts because I'm not good at holding back because I'm too forceful. I thought it was on purpose. I can't help but wonder why they hire people like this. As a teacher, don't you have doubts as a doctor? There are some great assistants out there. The short-haired woman was very kind and polite. Physicians use calm tones to carefully listen to what patients have to say and provide treatment. This rating is simply because of the receptionist's girlfriend. It's a waste.

::The doctor is kind and helpful, but the dental hygienist smells like smoke and treats me roughly. Not to mention, he also has bad listening skills. Many times I wanted to shake that hand away. There were some good people, but new people coming in are like that. I don't want to go anymore.

::Even though they checked the X-rays and said that the treatment was for one area, it was delayed for some reason, and the scheduled end date was changed every time I explained it to them. Although the treatment took a long time, the covering could be removed shortly after treatment. The reception desk only responds mechanically and is not worthy of customer service, including their attitude. In addition, there were errors in reception dates and times, cavities were overlooked, and some visitors were unsure of what to do.

::A dentist who only requires reservations. Both the doctor and the dental assistant are kind. However, due to its popularity, it is difficult to make reservations. I once called because my tooth was hurting while it was being treated, and was told that I couldn't receive treatment unless I made an appointment. It seems difficult to go there in case of an emergency. It may be selfish on the patient's part, but I would appreciate it if you could respond a little more flexibly to the situation.
