::Jiro-style ramen has been on the rise lately, but since it's popular everywhere and there are long lines, I didn't have a chance to try it, so I visited outside of peak hours that day. With the meal ticket system, you can also choose the amount of toppings such as backfat, garlic, and vegetables, and when you hand the ticket to the employee, you can tell the firmness of the noodles. Unlike Honke Jiro and some Inspire series, there are no unique rules and it is easy to use even for beginners. However, when purchasing a ticket, there was a question as to whether it was your first time using the service, and if you selected "first time," you were not able to select the amount of toppings. Is this a measure to prevent leftover food? This point was somewhat disappointing. It is also possible to add vegetables at the time of serving, so I only asked for additional vegetables. Since this was my first Jiro-style ramen, I was expecting an orthodox ramen, but since I was told that I could increase the amount of Mazesoba noodles up to 400g for free, I ordered G-Mayo Mazesoba with firmer noodles. It was served in about 5 minutes. It was my first time trying extra-thick curly noodles with a rich soy sauce seasoning, but it was just as I had imagined it to be for Jiro noodles and was very delicious. Contrary to how it looks, it was surprisingly crispy, probably because it had a lot of vegetables, so I personally think it's just the right amount of seasoning, and I'd like to try other toppings based on this in the future. In addition, there are seasonings such as fish meal on the table, so you can eat without getting bored. There are 45 seats in total, including 16 counter seats and other table seats. In addition to the parking lot on the store premises, there is a total of 20 parking spaces, including 5 monthly parking spaces in the adjacent lot.

::This is a Jiro-inspired ramen shop. Visited around 11:00 on Sunday. There was no line, but the store was almost full. Purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine. Last time I had G-Mayo Mazesoba, so this time I chose Taichi Noodles (400g of noodles), less garlic, Yasai Mashi, less oil, caramel, harder noodles, and flavored egg. I handed my meal ticket to the staff, was guided to the counter, had a cold drink, and then sat down. The food arrived in about 10 minutes. Yasai is quite crunchy. It has a strong sweetness and is delicious. The soup has a fairly mild flavor for a Jiro-inspired style. The noodles are hard, so they stand out and are delicious. Pork has a gentle taste compared to its appearance. It is delicious when eaten with plenty of pepper using a pepper mill. I completely ate it, changing the taste with some seasonings and pepper. Thank you for the meal. I think I'll try the E-Mayo Mazesoba next time.

::First visit to the store. I lined up at noon on Sunday. You purchase from a ticket vending machine, but even first-time users can choose and purchase smoothly. Vegetables with flavored eggs 🥬 Lots of garlic 🧄. There was a lot of food, and I was sweating💦 as I ate the oysters. Curly noodles 🍜 are delicious. It was delicious. I want to come again. Next time I would like to try the tsukemen.

::I visited “Taichi Shoten Koyama store” in Higashi Ward, Kumamoto City (^^) I've been here for the first time in a few years, and I'm looking forward to Taichi Ramen for the first time in a while ^_^ I went at a different time, but the second parking lot was also full! Luckily, one car happened to come out and I was able to park it. Buy a ticket first at the ticket vending machine. You can choose the amount of vegetables and garlic, but it's been a while since I've had it so everything is normal (lol) When I got to the counter seat, the ramen was brought to me without much waiting. The aroma of grated garlic combined with the aroma of vegetables and soup will whet your appetite! If you add chili peppers or fish meal in the middle of eating, it will be twice as delicious (＾∇＾) I almost drank all the soup (lol) It was delicious (＾∇＾) Thank you for the meal! ! !
