Since the restaurant was full, we waited for about 15 minutes before entering. I ordered Shinshu miso meat green onion ramen (large size) (¥1067+121). Arrived about 11 minutes later. The soup is quite delicious. As the menu explains, you can feel the sourness in the rich miso flavor. Excellent compatibility with noodles. Filled with plenty of green onions, it's filling. This time I chose Shinshu miso, but I would like to try all types of miso.
