'It makes me want to get angry. It's been like this for a long time, so I don't think it will change. Also, the regular checkup postcards that I used to receive every year suddenly stopped coming a few years ago. I wonder if that means I can go somewhere else 😢 My impression is that this dental clinic is losing money because of the poor reception. There are many good doctors and dental assistants, so it's a good idea to just get through the reception and get examined.
