::The parking lot is on the left side facing the station. Nabeyaki ramen is served quickly! The noodles seem to be less elastic and less elastic, but the boiling time is probably shorter. It's crispy and crispy. The soup is super delicious. A mysterious soup that balances the contradiction between the lightness and richness of the chicken stock. The fat has a sweet taste, but the soy sauce may also be sweet. Looks like it would go well with rice. It contained the meat around the cartilage. Seared moray eel is also cheap and delicious!

::I suddenly wanted to eat Susaki's nabeyaki ramen. I came in on a Saturday just as it opened at 10am. It's a light pot-fried ramen, so you can enjoy it in the morning. Also, hot pot grilled food in the middle of summer is the best. This time it's average and small rice. I poured the leftover soup from the ramen over rice and ate it Ojiya-style. Actually, I wanted to put rice in the pot and season it with extra eggs and soy sauce (like a risotto with cheese), but other people were watching me, so I ate it as per celery.

::Susaki's specialty nabeyaki ramen. Hashimoto Shokudo and Miyuki are famous, but I thought they would be crowded since it was a long weekend, so I visited our store in front of Susaki Station. There is ample parking space for about 10 cars in front of the station, so it is safe. The main menu is nabeyaki ramen (700 yen), but they also have chirimen bowl (700 yen) and seared moray eel (900 yen). I ordered a set of nabeyaki ramen and chirimen bowl. ć»Nabeyaki set 1100 yen Nabeyaki ramen is typically served in a clay pot and is simmering. The soup has a slightly strong soy sauce flavor. It has the flavor of the parent chicken. The noodles are thin, straight, and super chewy, and the noodles are also characterized by the inclusion of small pieces of chicken, chikuwa, green onion, and raw egg. The flavor will be mellower if you place the raw egg in the lid of the pot and dip it into the noodles. The chirimen bowl has a lot of whitebait on it, so it feels like a good deal. It's delicious when you eat it with ponzu sauce! If you leave about half of the rice and pour ramen soup over it and eat it zosui style, it will be 3 times more delicious. I think this price is cheap for the nabeyaki ramen and chirimen bowl.

::Since I came to Susaki, I wanted to try the famous nabeyaki ramen, so I went to the Ekimae Shokudo in front of JR Susaki Station. There is a railroad crossing alarm next to the entrance, so you might think this is a store for railway geeks, but the inside has a nostalgic signboard and posters of famous people, giving it a retro feel. When I looked at the menu, I saw a mini set of nabeyaki ramen and whitebait bowl, so I ordered this. The chewy noodles mixed with the chicken broth are the best! The locally sourced whitebait bowl is also delicious! I want to come again.

::Good Meal for a very decent price. Staff was kind and helpful. There were many customers so I had to wait a little bit but service was very fast.
