  I went there to get a car tax refund and cancel my account, but even though the counter with chairs was empty, I had to stand at the counter to complete the procedure. This kind of unkindness is also the reason for cancellation. I will never open an account again.

However, the road the entrance faces is close to a traffic light and there are many cars waiting at the traffic light, so it can be difficult to get in and out. If you can wait a little bit, the store isn't that difficult to use.
