  NHK受信料訴訟の金田法相の意見書。 おかしいでしょ。みかじめ料を取るヤクザの論理。 「災害や有事の際に国民に対し、生命、身体、財産等といった重要な法益を自ら守るのに必要な的確な情報を提供するという重大な社会的使命を負っている。」 「『受益者負担』の方法をとることは何ら不合理でなく、憲法に違反するものではない。」 って、言ってるけど、その災害放送であっても視聴する自由、しない自由はあるでしょ。NHKは毎日災害放送を行ってるの？ それにSPEEDIの情報はなぜ教えてくれなかったのさ？ そんなたまの出来事の為に膨大なNHK帝国の費用を見ない人払いたくない人に負担させるのはおかしいよ。 だったらNHKを解体して気象&有事災害専門放送局にして気象庁と警察と自衛隊にやらせるのが法的にノーマル。 ここに法の正義があることを信じたい。 ☆ガッカリ。12/5

  We didn’t have the chance to visit the building inside. However the building itself is magnificent. Across the road you will see the garden side of Tokyo Imperial Palace.

  Here is the supreme court in Japan. I visited to this place on week end. Therefore, there were few people in front of the cite.
